Location – 190 Strand (London, WC2R)
Working Hours – 4 on 4 off, 0800 – 2000
Salary – £22,000 – £24,000 Depending on Experience
Contract – Permanent

Your working environment?
This role will be based at a flagship development located on the Strand. The development contains 216 luxury residential apartments, benefits from facilities such as a swimming pool, spa and residents’ gym, as well as 24 hour concierge. The development is located close to Temple underground station.

- You’ll know how to deal effectively with difficult and demanding situations. Acting as the main point of contact for all queries.
- You’ll have a good eye for details with experience inspecting vehicles and observing a security perimeter.
- Your team matters to you, so you support them, working together, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors, ultimately supporting a strong unified working environment.
- You’ll have brilliant experience in delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and working in a team environment.
