Salary: £119,390 – £127,137

Hours per week: 37 hours

Director Adult Social Care

As Director of Adult Social Care, you will lead with vision and drive excellence to deliver high-quality services that make a real difference to people’s lives.

This is a key leadership role for an experienced and dynamic professional with expertise in adult care, safeguarding and housing. You will be responsible for performance and quality assurance, using data and evidence to deliver continuous improvement and achieve positive outcomes.

Your leadership will support our journey of continuous improvement and an ambitious transformation program which places the voices of those who use services and their carers at the heart of our work.

Developing your workforce, managing performance, and supporting thriving communities will be central to your role, ensuring the best possible outcomes for the people of Wiltshire.
