This is a highly creative, hands‑on role where you’ll shape how we connect with 55,000 colleagues through our digital experience platform, MyCompass powered by WorkJam. • Lead creative projects end‑to‑end, from concept through to delivery
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all content aligns to Compass brand guidelines and tone of voice
  • Manage and optimise content delivery using analytics and insight to continuously improve engagement
  • Collaborate with HR, Communications, Operations, DE&I, Sustainability and sector teams to bring colleague initiatives to life
  • Support senior leaders with digital materials, presentations and updates
  • Champion innovation and best practice in digital engagement across the organisation

About you:

You’re a creative digital professional who understands how powerful content can drive connection, engagement and culture at scale.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience creating and managing digital content for internal communications or employee engagement platforms
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and/or After Effects)
  • A solid understanding of digital storytelling, UX principles and engagement best practice
  • Experience delivering content for large, dispersed or frontline workforces
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across a matrixed organisation
  • The ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise effectively and work at pace

Desirable:

  • Experience in large, operational or frontline‑led organisations
  • Experience using analytics, CMS or digital communication platforms
  • Strong writing or editing capability across different audiences

Why join us

  • Shape digital engagement for one of the UK’s largest employers
  • Work in a collaborative, supportive environment with real scope to make an impact
  • Hybrid working from our Chertsey office, with travel to London offices and sites as required
  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package
