We’re Recruiting: Delivery Transformation Lead (12 Months FTC)
Location: Hybrid, Minimum x1 per week office attendance at Marlow
Department: Business Change
Monday-Friday / 12 Months Fixed Term Contract (PAYE)
We’re looking for a Delivery Transformation Lead to join our Business Change function and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of delivery across the organisation.
Reporting to the Head of Programme Delivery, you’ll lead and develop the Project Management team while driving the evolution of delivery practices, capability and ways of working

About the Role

This is a strategic leadership position responsible for building a high-performing project management capability, improving delivery frameworks and embedding modern delivery approaches across the organisation.
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure change initiatives deliver measurable business value, align to organisational strategy and support the continued evolution of our Business Change function.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading, coaching and developing a team of Project Managers
  • Driving transformation and modernisation of delivery practices
  • Championing Agile, Product and Value Stream ways of working
  • Ensuring projects are aligned to strategic business objectives
  • Managing resources, capability and delivery performance across multiple projects
  • Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business
  • Overseeing governance, risk management and delivery reporting
  • Embedding frameworks, methodologies and best practices
  • Creating a culture of continuous improvement and high performance

Skills and Experience

  • Experience building, transforming and leading a Project Management function
  • A successful track record in senior change, transformation or delivery leadership roles
  • Strong experience working within Agile environments, including Product and Value Stream delivery models
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior leadership level
  • Experience implementing governance frameworks and delivery standards
  • Strong people leadership and coaching capability
  • Experience within a regulated environment (Financial Services or Mortgage experience is highly desirable)
  • Knowledge of delivery methodologies including Agile, PRINCE2, APM and Lean
