About this Role

The Royal Academy of Arts is currently looking to appoint a Communications Officer (Loyalty & Marketing) to join our Content, Communications & Campaigns department on a fixed term contract basis for 24 months.

The Communications Officer will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the RA Friends 50th Anniversary acquisition campaign and events programme.

Tasks include event release, operational delivery, website updates, coordinating the anniversary communications calendar across channels and supporting the production and delivery of friends marketing collateral. As well as this, the Communications Officer will provide wider channel management and CRM campaign support during peak activity.

About You

To be considered for this role you will have previous experience delivering effective marketing activity across different channels including developing content for social media and digital marketing. Experience in using data and understanding audience segments to inform campaign planning is essential as is the ability to effectively prioritise and organise a broad range of tasks and build and maintain excellent relationships.
