Join Aon’s growing Risk Engineering Hub in Kraków and help support environmental and disaster risk activities across the EMEA region. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility to work both virtually and from our Kraków office.

What the day will look like

As a specialist in environmental and disaster risk, you will assist engineering teams across EMEA by preparing risk reports. You will also handle documentation and ensure accurate data for climate and catastrophe risk assessments.

You will:

  • Support the preparation of climate and natural catastrophe risk reports
  • Maintain and update data, documentation, and reporting templates
  • Assist with internal systems, databases, and digital documentation tools
  • Supervise workflow progress and help ensure reporting quality and accuracy
  • Collaborate with consultants, brokers, engineers, and support teams across multiple countries
  • Contribute to process improvements and knowledge-sharing initiatives

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Interest in data, analytics, climate risk, engineering, or insurance
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving
  • Experience with GIS, Information Systems, Data Science, or Business Analytics is an advantage
