Salary: £45,760 per annum
Location: Southampton, SO160BT
Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 7:00-15:30, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day catering operation, delivering high-quality breakfast, lunch, and hospitality services.
- Take full responsibility for both the culinary and operational management of the site.
- Manage, motivate, and develop a team of 5-6 catering colleagues, ensuring high standards and excellent customer service.
- Oversee food production for a busy site serving approximately 360 covers per day.
- Create and deliver fresh, seasonal, and innovative menus, demonstrating a genuine passion for food.
- Ensure all food safety, health & safety, and company compliance standards are maintained at all times.
- Manage stock control, ordering, food costs, and labour budgets to achieve financial targets.
- Build strong relationships with clients and customers, ensuring service expectations are consistently exceeded.
- Support the successful launch and ongoing development of this brand-new contract and site.
- Maintain excellent organisation and planning skills to ensure smooth service delivery across all areas.
