Chef de Partie – Canary Wharf, £16.75 per hour
A great opportunity for a chef coming from a busy restaurant background who is looking to move into a high-quality corporate hospitality environment while gaining a much better work-life balance.
Our site is home to a vibrant operation across two floors, including a busy Brasserie, hospitality services, a deli, and an employee dining area. With a team of around 40 colleagues, we pride ourselves on delivering an outstanding customer experience and maintaining high culinary standards across all areas.
What you’ll be doing as a Chef de Partie:
- Preparing mise en place and ensuring readiness for service
- Supporting the smooth running of the kitchen during service
- Contributing ideas for menu development and daily offerings
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
- Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams
What you’ll need to succeed as a Chef de Partie:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, or a strong Commis Chef ready to progress into the next stage of their career
- Experience working within a Rosette-standard restaurant or high-quality fresh food kitchen
- Confident running an individual section independently during busy service periods
- Background working in a standalone restaurant environment with fresh food focus
- Strong culinary knowledge with a consistent track record of delivering high standards of food quality and presentation
