Salary: Up to £33,000 per annum

Location: LS14AP

Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 6:30-15:00, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead, motivate and develop a team of 6, creating a positive and high-performing culture.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of a busy coffee shop and retail offer within a government building.
  • Drive sales and profitability through strong commercial awareness and effective cost control.
  • Develop and enhance the hot grab-and-go, bakery and retail offering to maximise customer engagement and revenue.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain food safety, health & safety, and compliance standards at all times.
  • Monitor stock control, ordering, waste management and profit protection to achieve financial targets.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience for up to 800 customers per day.
  • Analyse sales performance and implement initiatives to increase spend and footfall.
  • Ensure the presentation, cleanliness and overall standards of the coffee shop consistently reflect company expectations.

Requirements:

Successful applicant must pass BPSS vetting.
