Business Support Administrator – Sevenoaks, Kent

FM Conway is currently recruiting for a professional and motivated Business Support Administrator to join our Central Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic support function that plays a crucial role in the smooth operation of our business. As our Business Support Administrator, you will provide efficient, high-quality administrative support to our operational divisions, helping to ensure processes run smoothly and effectively across the organisation. This is a permanent, full-time position based from our head office in Sevenoaks, Kent.

The duties of the Business Support Administrator will include:

-Entering and managing timesheet data and ensuring all information is completed within specified timescales and includes all associated processes such as approval workflows, error checking, and regular reporting

– Raising and processing purchase requisitions through the Oracle system for various departments for items relating to workshop, stores, and materials

– Processing supplier invoices in accordance with company protocols and timelines, ensuring accuracy and matching to purchase orders where required

– Monitoring and checking shared inboxes, prioritising and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner

– Carrying out a wide range of administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with internal systems and procedures. This includes managing documentation for trace car relocations, accurate data entry, and the secure storage of records
