Are you a knowledgeable, experienced Building Surveyor looking to take the next big step forward in your career?
Pick Everard are looking to appoint a forward-thinking and driven Building Surveyor to our London office, to join a growing team. We work on a range of notable schemes that will allow you to expand your expertise within the industry. You can expect to work on a range of schemes for an ever-growing client mix in both the private and public sectors (including schools, hospitals, residential development, local authorities retail and commercial).
About You
- Experience working on relevant projects, ideally in the public and private sectors
- Contract administration knowledge (JCT / NEC3)
- Gained chartership or working towards gaining chartership
- Knowledge of building principles, preparing plans and specifications
- Ability to monitor and report on progress and expenditure of projects
- An inquisitive nature, with the ability to thinking out of the box
- A commitment to delivering a high-quality client experience
- A professional and compassionate attitude
- Excellent communication, team working and client facing skills
