Wine Waiter / Waitress – Summer Position (Monday–Friday)

We’re excited to announce the return of Searcys Bolney Terrace at Surveyors House in Westminster for the summer season – and we’re looking for enthusiastic and personable Wine Waiters/Waitresses to join our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a stunning central London location, serving guests on a beautiful terrace with incredible views overlooking Big Ben. If you have a passion for wine, great service, and want to be part of a vibrant summer atmosphere, this role is for you.

Job Description

Contract: Seasonal – May through to September

Job Type: Zero hours 

Salary: £13.15ph

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Delivering exceptional wine service to guests

  • Recommending wines and enhancing the guest experience

  • Supporting the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service

  • Creating a welcoming, professional, and enjoyable atmosphere

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in hospitality or wine service (preferred but not essential)

  • A passion for wine and customer service

  • Confident communication and a friendly personality

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
