Job Overview
Foundever Canada is hiring French Bilingual Technical Customer Service Associates! Join our dynamic team and provide exceptional, personalized service by guiding Intuit customers using the Intuit QuickBooks application. If you’re passionate about delivering outstanding support, we’d love for you to be part of our dedicated team.

What We Are Looking For
- Must reside in Canada
- Must be at least 18 yrs of age
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- The flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, evenings, and weekends
- Must be able to pass a background check
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English as you will be assisting both English and French speaking customers
- Ability to multitask and navigate between screens efficiently while assisting customer
- Previous technical customer service support preferred
- Accounting and bookkeeping experience as asset
Home Setup Requirements
- A hardwired connection with an internet Speed of 10.0 Mbps download speed and 5.0 Mbps upload speed
- A quiet, distraction-free space is essential; webcam video presence will be required during training and production
