If so, we’ve a fantastic opportunity within our Construction business for a motivated and talented Bid Manager to join us in the North West.

About the Role

Joining us, you’ll be responsible for submitting completed bids at all stages to existing or prospective customers, on time and within budget, positioning Morgan Sindall with the best possible chance of success.

Joining us, you’ll be responsible for planning and managing all aspects of bids, ensuring effective and inspirational bid management and leadership is provided on all tenders, whilst establishing winning strategies, implementing writing plans for quality lead bids. Understanding and interacting with the overall Morgan Sindall business to allow projection of benefits to customers through our proposals, you’ll propose and deliver our commercial and programme strategy, whilst providing support and assistant to our bid team members.

About You

An experienced Construction Professional, you’ll ideally be educated to degree level, with a track record in the industry, and preferably experience of winning profitable work

A full UK driving licence is essential.
