Associate Director, Engagement – Recruitment & Admissions – London, NW14SA 

The Role 

Lead with Passion, Shape the Future: Drive Global Engagement at London Business School.

London Business School are seeking a talented and ambitious Associate Director – Engagement, Recruitment & Admissions to lead a team of nine professionals in our Degree Education department. You will be responsible for delivering a world-class customer journey for prospective students by managing strategic engagement activities, overseeing CRM-based campaigns, and executing high-profile events both locally and internationally.

 

Main Responsibilities 

  • Develop and lead the strategic direction for R&A Engagement, ensuring alignment with our “Content Clusters” strategy. Manage flagship events, strategic partnerships, and CRM-driven communications.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across Faculty, Advancement, and Executive Education. Collaborate with the Marketing team to optimise programme interest acquisitions.
  • Oversee a significant budget ensuring effective delivery of R&A events and measure satisfaction levels.

 

Who we are looking for 

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in CRM-based campaigns and event management.
  • Strong work ethic with leadership experience in senior-level roles.
  • Skilled in public speaking, negotiation, and strategic planning.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for events; main base in London.
  • A strong understanding of the challenges and USPs of our products, competitive landscape and offering.
