Finance – Shaping Wiltshire’s Future
We are assembling a dedicated Task & Finish group to lead a focussed project on Adult Social Care Deceased Debt Recovery. This initiative aims to ensure fair, lawful and compassionate resolution of debt relating to Adult Social care charges prior to the customers death – balancing financial accountability with sensitivity.
You will work collaboratively across the team with 4 Debt Recovery Officers, 2 Senior Debt specialists and Contentious Legal advisor working from the investigation stage, using every available resource to seek full resolution.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a high impact project that blends legal, financial and human considerations.
- You will need a Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Empathy and professionalism in sensitive conversations
- Experience with financial systems, case work or public sector processes
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a structured workflow with a creative solution focussed attitude
- Experience of ContrOCC, LAS and SAP highly advantageous
- Working knowledge of Deceased Debt
