Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to support the smooth running of administrative operations across site. This role plays a key part in ensuring compliance, onboarding, and day-to-day admin processes are delivered efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Admin Manager
  • Maintain accurate and compliant personnel file (P File) management
  • Manage security clearance processes, ensuring all records are up to date and compliant
  • Oversee centralised purchasing, including control and distribution of uniform and stationery
  • Coordinate and manage the onboarding of all new team members, ensuring a smooth and compliant process
  • Support outlet managers with administration and OurTime system management, covering a workforce of approximately 200 team members

About You

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Confident managing multiple tasks and priorities
  • Comfortable working with systems and maintaining compliance standards
  • Strong communication skills and ability to support multiple stakeholders
