What youāll be doingā¦.
As a Stats Perform Activations Support Engineer you will be the engine room of Stats Perform, responsible for the activations and deactivations of all clients, large and small. Ā You will work across our whole range of products that service clients in the Betting, Media and Team Performance space, working closely with our Sales and wider Customer Operations teams.
In this role, you will be expected to promptly process, troubleshoot and respond to all activation queries and tasks within your designated shift. Ā You will be supported by a Team Lead, Shift Leads and Senior team members that will provide additional product and process coaching throughout.Ā
You will be responsible for⦠Ā
- Provide activation support & oversight for urgent issues
- Coordinating closely with Customer Operations and other teams within the business where escalations required.
- Provide clear customer focused communication during their product onboarding
- Become product experts; be able to activate and troubleshoot the range of Stats Perform products
- Assist with project work that impacts the wider business to improve internal processes.
- Make data driven process improvement suggestionsĀ
- Ability to understand and follow various complex processes involving a range of different tools.
- Able to not only follow a process but understand the thinking behind it and how improvements could possibly be made.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task &Ā establish priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Be flexible with your shifts, available to work into the evening (and occasional weekends)

- A real passion for sport, particularly Soccer & Cricket
- Proficient in Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI)
- Familiar with Salesforce
- Basic understanding of Python
