Analyst, International Co-brand – Watford

As the Analyst, Co-Brand International, you will be the primary source of portfolio performance for the International Co-brand team, responsible for consolidating and analysing data across markets (including UK, Germany, Japan, South Korea, Mexico and China) to inform strategic decisions. You will partner with internal and external partners to support Co-brand credit card portfolio performance, forecasting, and business insights that help optimize customer acquisition, engagement, financial performance, and long-term portfolio growth.

This position is a new role based in Watford, UK.

  • Lead the collection, consolidation, and validation of performance data from international co-brand partners, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of reporting across multiple markets and products.
  • Develop and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and analytical models using Power BI, Excel, and other business intelligence platforms to provide actionable insights on portfolio performance, customer behavior, acquisition, engagement, and financial metrics.
  • Produce and distribute weekly performance reporting and executive-ready business updates, monitoring key performance indicators, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities, and providing recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Partner with Co-Brand Product Managers and cross-functional stakeholders across regions to develop monthly and quarterly performance reviews, ensuring consistent reporting standards and clear communication of business results to senior leadership.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis and performance deep dives to evaluate marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, customer acquisition programs, and portfolio strategies, translating complex data into meaningful commercial insights.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, automate manual activities, and enhance analytical capabilities through new datasets, tools, methodologies, and business intelligence solutions

What are we looking for?

• Demonstrated experience in data analysis, business intelligence, performance reporting, or financial analysis, preferably within financial services, loyalty, hospitality, payments, or a related industry.

• Experience creating reports and analytics in reporting tools including MS Excel

• Experience with SQL, Python, Power BI or equivalent tools for data preparation and automation

• Excellent communication, with the ability to clearly and concisely express complex ideas, results, and areas of opportunities (both verbally and written)

• Ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams and external partners

• Self-starter with high integrity, positive attitude, and a desire to work in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment

• Outside-the-box thinker with enthusiasm for developing and testing new ideas

• To fulfil this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

• Experience working in partnership and marketing at a global organization

• Fluent English

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree

• Experience in managing partnerships

• An understanding of credit card retailing best practices, effective positioning and value proposition building and messaging to engage customers

• An understanding of how analytics and reporting contribute to the commercial success of a business
