The Role
Working in the Registry Function at Ravensbourne, the primary purpose of the role is to work with and support the Registry and Assessment Officers and Assessment and Awards Manager with the effective and efficient running of the department, including but not limited to providing letters, TFL confirmations and documentation for students; preparing for Assessment Boards; supporting the Extenuating Circumstances process, updating and maintaining student and course data in the Student Records Data base (SITS) and assisting with Enrolment and Graduation. To take a lead in the co-ordination and processing of the Registry, Assessment and Extenuating Circumstances mailboxes and general Registry duties.â¯â¯
The Candidate
The ideal person will be educated to GCSE level to include Maths and English and preferably have Higher Education experience in a Registry or course administration environment.
You need excellent administrative skills, be self-motivated, keen to learn and want to develop in the role, be involved in a variety of tasks and work in a friendly and supportive environment.
The post holder will have excellent interpersonal and team working skills and be able to engage positively with colleagues.
