What The Day Will Look Like
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our Wealth solutions team in Nicosia, Cyprus. The Administrator works as part of a team which provides administration services to multiple Provident Fund clients. We expect the ideal candidate to be a quick, dedicated learner, performing tasks independently and timely with high attention to detail. We are seeking self-motivated individuals who desire a challenge, and who want to join a growing group of dedicated professionals, and who enjoy being part of a successful team effort. From day one, you will be given responsibility on projects, assisting more senior members of the teams on a range of areas. Previous relevant work experience will be considered an advantage. Candidates must be fluent in Greek and English.
As an Administrator, you’ll be required to:
- Communicate on a daily basis with individuals, over the phone or via email, and to answer their queries
- Communicate on a daily basis with the payroll, finance and HR functions of clients as part of our administration interface model
- Run a number of set down administration processes for each client in a specified way.
- Produce administration reports and checks as required
- Carry out book-keeping of accounts for the preparation of financial statements and liaise with auditors for their audit as required.
- Draft responses to clients and/or members of the clients to assist the senior administrator.
- Prepare meeting material, attend meetings and record of minutes.
- Assist the senior administrators in any way that may be required.
- Efficiently manage deadlines.

The following qualifications are required:
- University degree or related field or equivalent experience
- 0 – 5 years experience, ideally in the Accounting / Bookkeeping / Funds Administration or Fiduciary services industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
- Analytical skills
- Attention to details and ability to analyse data and check its accuracy
- Ability to work independently, prioritize own tasks and work under time pressure
- Spotless record and strong ethos
