- Partnering with key stakeholders across the business to identify current and future skills requirements, supporting workforce planning and organisational change initiatives. You’ll design and deliver impactful learning and development solutions for employees and managers that align with both business and individual development needs.
- Working closely with the Director of Talent & People Experience and the Group People & Culture Director to foster a strong learning culture across Pick Everard.
- Developing and delivering personal growth initiatives that meet the needs of individuals, teams, and the wider business, ensuring our talent development approach remains sustainable and effective.
- Taking ownership of technical development pathways, ensuring employees are fully supported in their professional development and routes to chartership.
- Ensuring all learning interventions are timely, relevant, cost-effective, and deliver measurable value.
- Creating and delivering learning solutions that support the People Strategy, wider business objectives, and individual performance goals.
- Welcoming and onboarding our new joiners
- Leading and continuously enhancing the success of our Early Career Springboard development programme.
- Managing and evolving our Rise Mentoring Programme, using data and insights to measure and demonstrate its impact.
- Collaborating with our Artelia colleagues to successfully implement group-wide initiatives, including the Artelia Management Academy.
- Providing agile learning opportunities including through our 360 learning platform.
- Championing diversity, equity and inclusion across all talent development activities, ensuring policies and practices are fair, consistent, and accessible to everyone.
About You
- Ideally working towards CIPD, or the ability to demonstrate comparable experience.
- Experience of working within professional services.
- Prior experience in a broad learning & development partnering role.
- Experienced in presenting and training to internal audiences.
- Experience of developing e-learning courses preferred.
- A positive, enthusiastic, creative approach to their work.
- Experienced and comfortable in delivering training sessions to entry level through to senior stakeholders
