Client Service Delivery Specialist with Spanish (fixed-term position) – Krakow, Poland 

Join our Spanish Broking Team and help support insurance solutions for clients across Spain while building your expertise in a dynamic international environment. This role can be based in Kraków and offers flexibility through a hybrid or fully virtual working model.

 

Please note that this is a fixed-term position for 16 months.

What the day will look like

As a member of the Spanish Broking Team, you will work closely with brokers, consultants, and insurers in Spain, supporting the administration of insurance policies throughout their lifecycle. You will combine analytical and administrative responsibilities while ensuring high-quality service delivery and accurate policy management.

  • Support the administration of insurance policies and related documentation
  • Collect, validate, and analyze insurance and client data
  • Prepare reports, policy documentation, and renewal materials
  • Collaborate with brokers, consultants, insurers, and internal partners in Spain
  • Handle complex operational tasks and support issue resolution
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to operational excellence initiatives
  • Maintain process documentation and support knowledge-sharing activities
  • Participate in projects, transitions, and implementation of new solutions

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Very good Spanish and English language skills (minimum B2+/C1)
  • Experience in administration, operations, insurance, finance, or customer service would be an advantage
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proactive approach and continuous improvement attitude
