Looking to join our in-house recruitment team as a Recruitment Resourcer, based in our London office at Hilton London Kensington, and be part of the UK #1 Great Place to Work?
We support 40 managed and leased Hilton hotels across the UK and Ireland, with a centralised recruitment function.
We believe in searching for the best possible talent, creating a great experience for our candidates, whilst providing a fantastic recruitment service to all our Hiring Managers.
Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience: Respond to all applicant inquiries promptly, professionally, and in line with Hilton brand standards
- Support internal stakeholders: Collaborate with Recruitment Consultants and Hiring Managers to understand and fulfill recruitment needs
- Utilise external job platforms including LinkedIn to pro-actively source candidates
- Support with administrative duties and CV shortlisting
- Screen candidates and organise interviews
- Ensure compliance with work authorisation requirements: Verify candidate right-to-work documents
This position is a fixed-term contract from September to December 2026 .
