Business Support Apprentice (Communities Team)
Location: Bemerton Heath Community Centre & Community hubs
Weekly Hours: 37 hour/per week

Are you looking for a career where no two days are the same?
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organised and people-focused Business Administrator Apprentice to join our Communities Team and help make a real difference across our local communities.
You’ll gain hands-on experience while studying towards a recognised Level 3 Business Administrator qualification, supporting community projects, events, activities and services that bring people together.
What you will be doing:
- Supporting community events and activities
- Managing bookings and enquiries
- Working with local groups and residents
- Helping deliver community projects
- Creating social media content and promotions
- Developing admin, communication and customer service skills
We are looking for someone who:
- Enjoys working with people
- Is organised and reliable
- Has good communication skills
- Is keen to learn new skills
- Is interested in communities, events and social media
- Wants to make a positive difference locally
What you will gain:
A recognised Level 3 qualification alongside real-world experience across administration, projects, events and communications. Developing valuable skills for careers in business administration, community development, project coordination and more.
Essential Requirements
- English and Maths at Grade 4 or above, or equivalent qualification.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a suitably insured vehicle is essential as the role involves travelling to community venues and events.
