Description: Are you passionate about swimming and helping others develop their confidence in the water? Active Lifestyles Dursley is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Casual Swimming Teachers to support our Learn to Swim programme.

About the Role
As a Casual Swimming Teacher, you will:

Deliver high-quality swimming lessons and coaching sessions.
Support the Learn to Swim programme and help participants achieve their goals.
Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment for all users.
Assist with other operational duties, including lifeguarding, administration, and cleaning when required.
Play an active role in maintaining health and safety standards and responding to emergency situations.

 
About You
We are looking for individuals who:

Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
Enjoy working with people of all ages and abilities.
Are organised and able to manage their own workload.
Are willing to work towards gaining an ASA Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification and National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) if not already held.
Have basic IT skills and experience working with the public.
