HR Trainee – 12 months internship (recently graduated) – Madrid, Spain

What You’ll Do

You will support and assist the HR Team in the following activities:

 

Recruitment Support:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for BCG’s Business Services Teams, including Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, and Operations.
  • Coordinate job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, feedback collection and onboarding logistics.
  • Conduct first round interviews

General HR Administration:

  • Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and track employee vacation policies and management of vacation tracking tool.
  • Collaborate on the execution of internal HR initiatives and engagement projects.
  • Assist in the preparation of internal communications and employee updates.

Career Development Support:

  • Provide administrative and logistical support during the Career Development process.
  • Help coordinate performance review cycles and ensure timelines are met.
  • Maintain and update relevant documentation and tools.

What You’ll Bring

  • Excellent oral and written Spanish and English

  • Spanish University degree (completed). Must hold university degree, vocational training certificate, or equivalent, and provide a photocopy
  • Master in Human Resources very valuable
  • Administrative equivalent work experience in an HR environment very valuable
  • No more than 3 years since obtaining the degree (5 years for candidates with disabilities). For foreign degrees, the period starts from the date of recognition in Spain.
  • Cannot have worked under a training contract (convenio) in the company for more than 3 months, except for required curricular internships
  • Must not have worked under an internship contract for over 1 year at any company (work history required). Please provide your Vida Laboral
  • Must hold a valid work permit for the entire internship period.
