As Demand Generation Specialist for iSAMS, you will own the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns for one of the leading school management systems for independent and international schools worldwide. From HubSpot campaign setup, landing page and email execution to social media management and client communications, you will be the operational engine behind iSAMS marketing activity.

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in reliable, high-quality attention to detail execution and is comfortable owning multiple workstreams in a systems-led environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Own HubSpot campaign setup, email execution, QA, and send for iSAMS campaigns
  • Build and manage HubSpot landing pages and maintain HubSpot workflows and list segmentation
  • Manage iSAMS social media channels, including content planning, posting, and community management
  • Produce and distribute client product update communications via email and iCommunity
  • Support webinar delivery, including email sequences, social promotion, and recording distribution
  • Plan and execute the iSAMS customer newsletter and post-event follow-up campaigns
  • Maintain and update iSAMS WordPress website content
  • Monitor campaign performance and produce regular HubSpot reports

About you

You are a detail-oriented, self-directed marketer who takes ownership of execution and delivers consistently without close supervision.

You’ll bring:

  • Hands-on HubSpot experience at execution level, including campaign setup, landing pages, emails, workflows, social media and reporting
  • Strong experience with AI tools (HubSpot Breeze and Claude) to accelerate campaign execution across all activities (email, workflows, social media)
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills, with an eye for accuracy and tone
  • Experience managing social media content and community engagement
  • Experience with updating and managing WordPress CMS
  • Organised and comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • At ease working in a systems-heavy environment alongside specialist colleagues

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience in the education sector or edtech
  • Familiarity with webinar delivery and event follow-up campaigns
  • Experience managing customer or client communications programmes

Why join us?

  • Own end-to-end campaign execution for a globally recognised school management platform
  • Join a team that is investing in its people, its processes, and its ambition
  • Work in a collaborative environment where attention to detail and reliable delivery are genuinely valued
