What the day will look like
As an RtR Process Lead, you will act as a subject matter expert and first point of contact for RtR-related activities within your scope, supporting both the team and key stakeholders across multiple countries.
On a typical day, you will:
- Support the team in performing daily operations and month-end closing activities for countries in scope
- Coordinate and review the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of tasks prepared by team members
- Oversee and support monthly account reconciliation processes
- Actively support monthly, quarterly, and annual group reporting activities
- Serve as the main contact for designated stakeholders, responding to both ad-hoc and recurring queries
- Ensure processes are performed and reported accurately in line with corporate policies and statutory regulations
- Act as an active backup for activities performed by other team members
- Support Corporate EMEA journal processes in a reviewer role
- Collaborate closely with other finance and operational teams to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery

You will:
- Work closely with Team Managers and Process Leads across the EMEA RtR community
- Participate in quarterly RtR forums to discuss challenges, best practices, and improvement opportunities
- Support the Team Manager in identifying and assessing new scope opportunities, including geographical expansions
- Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and efficiency tracking
- Join cluster operational review calls and issue/error calls to deepen your understanding of country-specific complexities
- Support workforce planning discussions, including team replacement planning when required
- Provide input into annual team goals, offering a fresh and practical operational perspective

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Assertiveness combined with the ability to manage stress and competing priorities
- Experience in reviewing, assessing, and delegating work within a finance or accounting environment
- Solid accounting knowledge gained in a corporate, international setting
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional accountancy qualification is an advantage
- Good command of MS Office, particularly Excel
- Strong English communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to adapt quickly, learn new processes, and manage ad-hoc requests
- Knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS is a plus
