Finance Business Partner II
This role gives the Finance Business Partner for overseeing the financial management and cost control activities within Aon Business Services and Aon Shared Services. This role involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and implementing cost-effective measures to ensure the organization’s financial health and efficiency across multiple departments.
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Kraków office.

What the day will look like
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability.
- Develop, monitor, and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Implement and maintain cost control systems and procedures to optimize resource allocation.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Assist in financial forecasting and planning activities to support strategic decision-making.
- Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support business initiatives.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in cost control, financial analysis, or a related role, preferably within a business services organization.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., TM1, PowerBI, Workday, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Fluency in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think strategically and provide insights that drive business decisions.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- An ability to continually seek to improve
- Ability to organize and analyze large volumes of data, perform data reconciliations and present clear and concise analysis to senior executives
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, under tight deadlines
