Global Benefits Analyst – Krakow, Poland 

Global Benefits Analyst as a member of Consulting Team supports/leads projects and day-to-day tasks related to employee benefits. This is a position where you will develop benefits knowledge expertise, technical and consulting skills while supporting the team by handling both individual and complex team projects with preliminary exposure to client-facing initiatives.

What the day will look like: 

 

You will be working with Aon colleagues globally to ensure local advice and services meet client expectations and commitments. As a senior member of the team, you are encouraged to support high-standard product delivery and becoming go-to-person! Once you’re fully trained, you will work for assigned projects/tasks according to project pipeline including ad hoc requests which might include: 

  • developing, analyzing and drafting benchmarking reports for countries in Europe, Middle East, Africa and the Americas 
  • providing analytical project support for Aon’s global and local benefits surveys 
  • conducting research into employee benefits and developing new intellectual capital products 
  • participating in data collection and supporting data submission process using Aon’s technology platform for global benefits management 
  • participating in/or leading projects aimed at process improvement, suggesting new tools 
  • designing, implementing and developing support materials, such as product guides and manuals 
  • supporting and coaching junior colleagues in daily tasks

Skills and experience that will lead to success: 

  • Proficiency in MS Office, advanced Excel skills, identifying improvements, high attention to details 
  • Good communication skills with client focus, leading meetings, negotiating 
  • Excellent English, especially writing skills – you need to be the least C1 (on the CEFR scale) because you’ll be drafting reports for clients 
  • Any additional language will be an asset 
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines under time pressure, managing own and assigned team’s projects workload 
  • Handling work streams in a project, working effectively in project team, leading cross-teams collaboration projects 
  • Experience in employee benefits is desirable, but we’re much more interested in how quickly you can learn
