What the day will look like
You’ll be a hands-on partner to sales and client teams—owning pipeline hygiene, supporting winning RFP responses, crafting compelling presentations, and turning data into insights that drive growth decisions.
Growth & Pipeline Support:

Maintain and update the sales pipeline and opportunity tracker; ensure accuracy and timeliness in Aon Connect entries, stages, and forecasts.

Monitor pipeline health (conversion rates, velocity, stage fall-off) and produce dashboards and insights.
RFP & Proposal Support:

Support the end-to-end RFP process: requirements of intake, response coordination, document formatting, compliance checks, and submission logistics.

Develop proposal content components (e.g., case studies, data tables, pricing models) with clear narratives aligned to client needs.
Presentation & Collateral Preparation:

Prepare client-facing decks and internal briefing materials in PowerPoint; format for clarity, flow, and impact.

Create templates, visuals, and consistent branding across documents.
Data & Analytics:

Build and maintain Excel models and reports (e.g., pipeline analysis, revenue forecasts, ROI estimates).

Perform ad hoc analyses to assess growth opportunities, performance trends, and initiative outcomes.
Project Coordination & New Initiatives:

Provide basic project management support (meeting cadence, timelines, actions, risk/issue logs) for growth initiatives and pilots.

Track and report on initiative milestones, KPIs, and resource needs.
Operational Support:

Standardize playbooks, checklists, and reusable assets (RFP boilerplates, pricing tables, win/loss summaries).

Assist with stakeholder coordination across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to drive alignment and timely delivery.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

2–4 years in growth operations, sales operations, business analysis or consulting (or similar analytical support role).

Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups/index-match, basic modeling, charts) and PowerPoint (storyboarding, slide design).

Experience with CRM tools; familiarity with Aon Connect is ideal (or ability to learn quickly) and comfort working with data exports.

Clear written communication and structured thinking—able to translate data into concise narratives and client-ready slides.

Strong organization and follow-through; familiarity with basic project management practices (plans, actions, risks, dependencies).
Tools and technology: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook/Teams; Aon Connect; Power BI or similar BI tools (nice to have); and common project management tools.
Success measures in your first 6–12 months

On-time, high-quality prospect/RFP support with improved win or short‑list rates.

Reliable weekly pipeline reporting with improved forecast accuracy.

Reduction in cycle time for presentation and proposal preparation through standardized templates.

Measurable impact on initiative KPIs (e.g., conversion lift, faster stage progression, reduced bottlenecks).

Reduction in consultant time spent on each opportunity.
