Join the team at the Bristol offices of one of the world’s largest international banks

We’re looking for a Part-Time Welcome Host (Colleague Support Host) to play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for everyone who walks through the door. You’ll be part of a dedicated on-site team helping this prestigious global bank continue to set the standard for outstanding visitor care and service excellence.

As a Colleague Support Host, you’ll be the first point of contact for colleagues, clients, and visitors. Offering a warm welcome, supporting reception services, hosting within the workspace, and assisting with day to day queries about the office environment.

Shifts: 20 hours per week, flexible shifts between 7am-4:30pm, from Mon-Fri
Salary: £14,153 per annum



Qualifications

Essential Skills & Qualities

  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently and professionally with colleagues, clients, and visitors.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring every interaction and task is delivered to a high standard.
  • Proactive and flexible approach, with a positive, can do attitude and a willingness to support the wider team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to build rapport quickly and create a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously, staying calm, organised, and solution focused in a busy environment.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer service or front of house role is essential, ideally within a corporate, hospitality, or service driven setting.
