What you’ll be doing
As a Cleaning Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining exceptional standards across the site. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and motivating your team to create a positive, supportive working environment
- Ensuring deliveries are checked, stored, and managed efficiently
- Creating and managing weekly rotas in line with operational needs
- Monitoring stock levels and placing orders as required
- Delegating tasks effectively to keep the team proactive and productive
- Maintaining strict Health & Safety and Hygiene standards at all times
What we’re looking for
Our ideal candidate will bring:
- Experience in a cleaning role (healthcare experience is highly desirable)
- Previous experience supervising or leading frontline teams
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- A team-oriented, “can-do” attitude
- The ability to stay positive and perform under pressure
