Description: We are looking for a proactive Safety, Health & Compliance Administrator to support the effective management of health & safety and compliance across the department. This role is ideal for someone highly organised with strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining safe, compliant working environments.
Key responsibilities will include:
To be responsible for comprehensive administration support to Safety, Health and Compliance team (SHC) including word processing of reports, letters and minute taking.
Assist with data collection processes and ensure compliance with best practice.
Assist with the daily running of the SHC team joint email inbox.
To assist with inputting Safety, Health and Compliance data to the Asset Management system following the completion of work undertaken
To provide cover based on needs of the business as necessary
Responsibility for the management and maintenance of documentation, to include establishing and maintaining a robust filing system, preparation of paperwork for scanning, data capture and storage in accordance with Data Protection and Access to Information legislation
Produce monthly performance monitoring data reports and to circulate to key stakeholders across the Housing Services directorate.
Support the Safety, Health and Compliance Officers to ensure that performance targets are met, including proactively gaining customer satisfaction by various avenues e.g. conducting telephone surveys
