About the job you’re considering

The HR Benefits Analyst (UK) supports the delivery, administration, and continuous improvement of employee benefits programs across the UK. This role works closely with the HR Benefits Operations Lead, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of benefits processes, accurate data management, and effective employee communication. The analyst plays a key role in ensuring compliance, supporting employee engagement, and contributing to the overall success of the UK benefits strategy.

 

Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your role

Benefits Administration 

  • Support day-to-day administration of UK benefits programs including enrolments, renewals, and employee queries.
  • Maintain accurate records and data in benefits systems and platforms.
  • Assist in the coordination of benefits-related activities such as annual renewals, audits, and reporting cycles.

 

Employee Support and Communication

  • Act as a point of contact for employee benefits queries, providing timely and empathetic support.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of benefits communications including guides, intranet updates, and newsletters.
  • Support the delivery of benefits education sessions and webinars.

 

Vendor Coordination

  • Liaise with external vendors to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Track and report on vendor performance against SLAs and escalate issues as needed.

 

Compliance and Documentation

  • Ensure benefits processes comply with UK employment law and internal policies.
  • Maintain and update benefits documentation, policies, and procedures.
  • Support audits and compliance checks by preparing required documentation and data.

 

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Assist in preparing reports on benefits usage, costs, and employee feedback.
  • Support cost tracking and budget monitoring activities.
  • Contribute to data analysis for benefits reviews and improvement initiatives.

 

Well-being and EAP Support

  • Support the delivery of well-being initiatives and Employee Assistance Programs (EAP).
  • Monitor usage and feedback to help assess effectiveness and suggest improvements.

Your skills and experience

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in HR operations or benefits administration is desirable.
  • Familiarity with UK employee benefits and employment law is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS platforms.

Your security clearance

To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks.

There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required.

There are other criteria and check required for BPSS, and throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
