Role Overview
You’ll lead payment transformation initiatives, bridging business needs with technology solutions. The role demands deep domain expertise in payments, strong analytical skills, and experience in delivering complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Elicit and document business/functional requirements
- Create user stories, use cases, and process flows
- Payments Domain Expertise
- Expertise in domestic, cross-border, real-time, and card-based payments
- Stay updated on PSD2, ISO 20022, and emerging tech
- Project Delivery
- Support system upgrades, migrations, and product launches
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for implementation
- Stakeholder Management
- Facilitate workshops and communicate with leadership and vendors
- Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, process maps, test scenarios
- Support UAT/SIT with test cases and defect tracking
Required Skills
- Deep knowledge of payment schemes: SEPA, SWIFT, FPS, CHAPS, card networks
- Familiarity with ISO 20022, SWIFT MT/MX, PSD2, AML, KYC
- Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Excel
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, CS, or related field
- Certifications: CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile BA
- Background in consulting, banking, or fintech
