We are looking for someone with a solid foundation in HR Administration, HR Coordination, or HR Advisory work  ideally with some supervisory or junior management experience, who is keen to enhance their leadership skills through structured development and a formal qualification.

 

About the Role:

Embedded within the People Operations team, you will supervise frontline People Support Specialists, helping to shape and enhance the delivery of transactional HR services across our campuses. You will gain hands-on management experience while working towards a nationally recognised Level 5 Leadership Apprenticeship.

 

Key Skills:

  • A solid grounding in HR administration or coordination, ideally within a complex organisation and a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach to service delivery.
  • An eye for detail and commitment to accuracy, compliance and data integrity.
  • Confidence in using HR systems, shared inboxes, and service management tools.
  • Emerging leadership or supervisory skills, with the motivation to develop further in this area
