Job Title: Leakage Analyst

Salary: circa £33k, dependent on skills and experience  

Contract: Permanent 

37 hours per week, full time 

Location: Pineham, Milton Keynes – office based

Who we are?  

Integrated Maintenance, Repair & Development Services (IMRDS) Alliance – Part of the Anglian Water network, focuses on infrastructure maintenance work and is responsible for: water network pressure management, finding and fixing leaks, replacing lead pipes and repairing burst mains.

We are looking for a Leakage Analyst to join our industry leading Leakage team and help us continue our successes across the Milton Keynes area of operations.  

As a Leakage Analyst you’ll support and enable our leakage delivery teams to achieve stringent performance targets and deliver a great customer experience along the way, planning their detection work and monitoring their day-to-day activities

  

What skills, experience and behaviours are required

  • Experience in similar role such as administration, scheduling or analytical work.

  • High standard of reporting skills.

  • Experience of using Office 365.

  • Ideally you will have experience in planning or scheduling, although this is not essential.

  • SAP and Oracle knowledge would be beneficial. 

  • Liaise with repair contractors and Operational Planners and Schedulers.

  • Plan work for field teams, contractor detection teams to assist planned production.  

  • Generate reports and data analysis on areas such as KPIs, Level of Service and productivity.

  • Review field survey data and raise repair instructions.

  • Liaise with and enhance the customer journey whether this be internal or external
