Youth Worker

Get Set to help young people in Belfast rebuild confidence, find direction and move forward when life has knocked them off course.

About the Role

This role is about standing alongside young people who may not trust systems, services or themselves yet.

Your work helps them re‑engage with learning, build resilience and take real steps towards education, training or employment.

Progress here is not abstract. It is measured in attendance, confidence, completed qualifications and next steps taken.

What This Role Is Really About

Belief matters.

Consistency matters.

Following through matters.

Some young people will arrive unsure, guarded or frustrated. Progress may start with small wins. Turning up. Completing a task. Staying engaged for another week.
