Searcys are looking for Waiting Staff member to assist with the restaurant operations and ensuring the highest standards of service across the service offered by The Honorary Artillery Company

Salary: £14.00 per hour
Hours: minimum of 12 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting members and guests as they arrive, providing a warm welcome and assisting with seating arrangements.
- Ensure all guests are seated quickly and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure the offering of the bistro and a la carte is communicated accurately to the guests.
- Monitor dining room activity to anticipate guest needs and ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the front-of-house area, including the dining room, and restrooms.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for enhancing the guest experience and maximizing revenue.
- Uphold high standards of professionalism, hospitality, and guest service at all times.
- Previous experience within a restaurant environment
- Previous experience within a members' establishment (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to act with initiative

- Confidence to interact with key clients, members and guests
