Job Purpose and Summary
To provide service and support in the field.
What we give
Installs Canon office products and trains the customer’s operators.
Provides preventive maintenance to ensure Canon products perform optimal efficiency.
Identifies problems and completes on-site repairs including tests.
Escalates unresolved problems according to predefined services procedures.
Participates in keeping a positive relationship with the customer.
Manages tools and time in an efficient way.
Maintains a sufficient inventory of parts and materials for on-site service.
Works effectively in a team · Identifies and communicates new sales opportunities
What we ask
Knowledge of Electromechanical systems and relevant IT experience.
Good interpersonal communication skills – verbal and written.
Previous field service experience in the fixing of electrical/mechanical/IT issues – preferably print industry related.
Fluent Polish language and good English skils.
Achieves customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Exercises proper reasoning and judgement.
Acts cost effectively.
Maintains a valid driver’s licence.
