Hybrid –Split between home and our London Office 

Salary Range – £60000 – £66000

About the role:

Our Senior Strategic Engagement Manager – Digital will drive and implement digital improvements across the Engagement directorate. They will maximise opportunities in digital marketing, technology and giving. This will include promoting best practice and providing strategic digital marketing guidance and support. 

 

The role will act as the main route into Technology from the Engagement Directorate ensuring that all demands are prioritised for delivery. It will also act as the lead on key technology and data programmes, representing the needs of the Directorate. 

 

About you:

  • Extensive digital marketing and product experience 
  • Proven experience of using customer data to drive digital marketing improvements
  • Proven experience of working with digital analytics teams and leading digital attribution projects, 
  • Ability to translate customer needs into demand briefs
  • The ability to clearly and concisely delivery and communication of complex information relating to Digital and Technology 
  • Genuine passion and interest in digital marketing and future trends 
  • Solid knowledge of the digital marketing industry and best practice 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills,
  • An agile mindset, strong organisation skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workload 
  • Strong understanding of privacy restrictions and legislation that impact digital marketing
