Salary: £21,029 + Allowances (£2842 COT Allowance and £2387 Shift Allowance)

Newcastle Security Department is looking for an experienced individual who has the ability to lead a team of security staff whilst adhering to the College values.
The person successful will need to have excellent communication skills both written and oral and be able to deter anti-social behaviour by De-Escalating incidents in a calm controlled manner.
The College education operates in a diverse environment and you will be expected to ensure the safety & security of students, staff, visitors and professional services.
