Salary: Â£31,000, plus overtime and service charge

Hours: 42.5 hours (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

  • To confidently lead and manage the team with a hands on approach in the absence of the Bar and Restaurant Manager
  • To consistently monitor the practice of all SOPs and requirements across the Bar and Restaurant, including opening and closing schedules
  • Daily reporting and monitoring of revenue forecast versus actual sales
  • To liaise with Cellar Manager and BOH Manager to ensure drinks stocks are always maintained and rotated
  • To assist with the coordination of internal and external stock audits
  • Ensuring all legislative and Government guidelines are adhered to
  • Assisting with the induction of new team members
  • To attend new menu tastings, offering constructive input
  • Minimum of 1 year in a Supervisory role, working in a members' facility (desirable)
  • Personal Licence (desirable)
  • Level 2 Food Safety Certificate
  • Experience using at least one EPOS system for ordering and reconciliation
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Takes initiative and demonstrates high level of organisation
  • Supportive team player
