We are looking for a Team Leader who will be responsible for the oversight of ateam performing quality assurance activity for the mortgage journey.
Quality assurance is about being curious and looking at the full journey forour customers to ensure we deliver fair customer outcomes, provide assurance toSenior Management and protect the Society.
We are looking for an individual who can support colleagues with queries,challenges and encourage team development.
TheTeam Leader role is varied and challenging, and really rewarding.
Being responsible for leading a team who assess the quality across all theSociety’s frontline processes. Theseinclude but are not limited to, Mortgage Advice, underwriting, administrationactivities including redemptions and arrears management. Providing oversight of the quality outcomes in line withTraining and competency schemes and Quality frameworks. In addition, thisincludes responsibility for feeding back on the results to Leaders within theseareas and Senior Leaders within the Society.
Responsible for supporting team individuals in their achievement of theirpersonal development plans, through their learning and development in line withthe needs of the organisation to build capability.
To lead and inspire a team and take ownership for team engagement activities.
Manage resource within the team to ensure adherence to quality assuranceframeworks. Along with reviewing and assuring polices, procedures andobservation forms.
The role will include building strong relationships with stakeholders lookingfor ways to improve quality whilst effectively managing risk appetite.
Weare looking for an empathetic, enthusiastic, driven and curious individual.Someone who is open minded and confident in their ability to make decisions.Being a good communicator is crucial as you will be dealing with stakeholdersdaily and at all levels.
We are looking for someone who is highly organised with the ability to adapt tochanging requirements.
Someone who has knowledge of qualityassurance within a Financial Services environment.
We are looking for someone who is Fully CeMAP or equivalent R01 & CF6 or willing to obtain this.
Who has experience in leadership, coaching, and review of performance.
