Salary: £20,441 – £21,189 FTE per annum – Pro rata to hours/weeks worked
Shift hours: 17.5
The Governors of Wyken Croft Primary School are excited to offer a part time play worker role within our successful Phoenix Club. The club is an established before and after school facility providing high quality care for our children. We currently operate both morning and afternoon sessions daily and operate during the school holidays.
We are looking for the successful candidate to start as soon as possible.
We are looking for someone who has a good understanding of what makes good quality child care preferably holding or working towards level 3 qualifications or higher in child care. You will also need the ability to create and maintain satisfactory levels of behaviour, have good communication skills and be able to work effectively in a small team.
The role involves setting up and putting away equipment, assisting in the preparation and serving of snack, providing creative play opportunities, supervising outdoor play and assisting in clearing up
