Salary: Up to £50,600 per annum (dependent on experience)
Purpose of the role and you:
As a Marketing Manager, reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager you play an important leadership role in the Marketing Team and Commercial Office.
This is a 12-month FTC in a fast-paced space with an opportunity to be effective and add value
Responsibilities:
- Creating best in market customer centric communications supporting acquisition and retention of our members
- People management and creating high performance team
- Delivery of high-profile communications including annual mailings, AGM, and result announcements, with exposure to Senior Managers and the Executive team
- Driving process efficiencies and supporting the automation of communications
- Project management and the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
Communication: Engaging with stakeholders across the business to ensure comms are delivery accurately and efficiently
High productivity: Ability to act at a fast pace, reacting to market conditions and business needs
Integrity: When collaborating with external contacts you will act with integrity, protecting the Society’s interests.
Essential Requirements:
- Previous marketing experience in a fast-paced marketing team,
- Ability to create engaging communications and customer journeys to support deliver results across multiple channels
- Great communications skills and the ability to engage stakeholders across the business
- Ability to use data to analyse and inform our communications for the benefit of the member and the Society
- Educated to degree level or the equivalent experience
- Experienced people manager, happy to coach and mentor the team to excel
Hours: 35 – Mon to Friday
