Central Support Service are looking to recruit an efficient and effective Library and IT Assistant who will offer a high standard of customer service to learners accessing the College library and independent learning spaces. You will provide and contribute to delivering outstanding customer care, advice & guidance and IT support. You will represent the service and College in a highly professional manner at all times. The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a busy customer facing or reception environment, preferably in a library, using IT equipment, social media and on-line resources. You will have a customer focused approach with the ability to deal politely, patiently and willingly with those seeking information and advice.
