(Junior) Digital Rights Manager (f/m/d)


Your tasks

Asset Management:

  • Approving assets for YouTube and YouTube Music
  • Creating reference files using Content ID policy
  • Managing ownership conflicts and transfer requests
  • Onboarding new partner asset portfolios and setting digital rights preferences

Project Management:

  • Providing data-driven insights to support DRM Partnership managers in acquiring new customers
  • Executing and assisting with customer or content type-specific growth projects
  • Supervising processes as the liaison between DRM Partnership Managers and the BI/Finance team


  • Analyzing YouTube videos, partner channels, and asset reports to identify missing metadata
  • Optimizing assets for accurate reporting
  • Collaborating with team leads to ensure high-quality deliverables for partners


Your profile

  • You have 1 to 2 years of experience in digital distribution and/or digital rights
  • You have knowledge of the YouTube backend (preferably YouTube certified)
  • You have good work ethic and is used to tight deadlines
  • You have an eye for detail, a data-driven   approach and the ability to implement and complete multiple projects simultaneously
  • You enjoy working in a team but also independently
  • You have a proactive working attitude
  • You speak English fluently, preferably also Dutch
